Refund/Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE, OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY IS DIFFERENT FOR OUR SCENTS AND DESIGN PRODUCTS!
SCENTS PRODUCTS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
DESIGNS and RESIN PRODUCTS
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any design products.
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
- Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Rosie's Scents & Designs.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
*We are not responsible or libel for damage to products that occurs after failure to follow our care guidelines. You will not receive a replacement or refund for failure to follow any care guidelines.
